SPANISH TAPAS NIGHT

Be transported to Sevilla, Spain in this 3 hour tapas experience. You'll learn how to make 5 tapas dishes, tips on how to serve, make-ahead tricks, along with a tasty sangria. At the end, enjoy the cuisine together with your friends and fellow classmates.

MOROCCAN NIGHT

A delight for the senses, this culinary experience transports you to the savory and sweet spice trail of Morocco. In this 3 hour experience, we'll create a 4-course meal to share that will have dishes you'll want to make again and again. Grab a friend or 6 and come learn to make an exotic meal you'll never forget.

PASTA 101

Have you always wanted to learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch? Join us for a delicious journey into pasta making and discover how to make fresh pasta at home easily and inexpensively. In this hands-on intro class, you'll be learning traditional pasta making from several of the 20 regions in Italy.

RAVIOLI 101

Join us for an experiential cooking class where you will learn to hand make ravioli, fillings, and pair them with the Chef's favorite wines.

EMPANADA CLASS

Whether it's sweet or savory or whether you call them hand pies or empanadas, these treats are sure to please everyone. Learn how to make the best dough, fillings, and shapes to be show stoppers at your next family or friend get-together.

FABULOUS FARM FERMENTATION

By the end of class, you’ll have one jar of ferment to take home with you (see class sign up for upgrades) and be on your way to making delicious ferments all on your own.

FRESH MOZZARELLA CLASS

Love caprese salad? Fresh mozzarella on pizza? Learn how to make fresh, tender, creamy mozzarella in this 2.5 hour hands-on class with Chef Jess. She'll guide you through the wonderful world of fresh cheese and just how easy it can be to make your own at home.
